Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud is looking for a delivery specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class service to customers. The candidate must be proactive, autonomous, efficient and have the desire to learn about unique high-end products. Perfectly bilingual, the successful candidate must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate courtesy and interpersonal skills at all times.
Main duties:
Check vehicle before customer arrival
Greet the customer, have them sign the documents, proceed with the delivery and explain the vehicle in detail.
Ensure customer satisfaction and discuss CSI survey.
Discount the file with our manufacturer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service
- Perfectly bilingual, oral and written
- Drivers licence (an asset)
- Honest, professional, structured, and courteous
- Excellent references and proven customer service skills
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team
