  • How do I get the Mercedes-Benz App?

    To become a Mercedes-Benz App user, you must own a model year 2019 or newer Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Most remote access services are complimentary for three years. We recommend downloading the Mercedes-Benz App to use these features.

  • How do I activate my Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras?

    Your dealer will be happy to assist you with this at the time you purchase your vehicle. If you’ve already left the dealership, your connected vehicle Digital Extras can be activated and deactivated right from the Mercedes-Benz App. Simply download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, register and add your vehicle using the on-screen instructions, and then you will be able to activate your Digital Extras. If you need further assistance, your dealer will be happy to assist you. 

  • Do I need a credit card to activate the Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras?

    You do not have to provide a credit card to use the Mercedes-Benz App. Standard Connect services includes a wide range of safety and convenience features, while Connect+ services are complimentary for the first year starting with model year 2023. If you would like to renew your Digital Extras afterwards, you will need to provide a credit card for payment in the Mercedes-Benz Store.

  • Do I need the Mercedes Benz App to have a Mercedes Benz account?

    No, the Mercedes-Benz App is free for everyone, regardless of your vehicle’s equipment and capabilities. However, customers with the Mercedes-Benz App will have access to additional features.

  • How does the Concierge Service work?

    The Concierge Service offers you easy access to a broad range of personalized services, such as assistance in booking travel, arranging event reservations, scheduling appointments or placing a take-out order. It’s like having an event coordinator for your life. Requested services are fulfilled by a Concierge Specialist directly. In the case of purchases, such as tickets or a gift, they will request your credit card information and complete the transaction on your behalf.

  • What type of services are available through a Concierge?

    A Mercedes-Benz Concierge can provide a broad range of services including but not limited to:

    • Airline reservations and ticket purchase
    • Car rental reservations
    • Hotel recommendations, reservations and directions
    • Dining recommendations, reservations and directions
    • Movie and theater tickets and directions
    • Sporting event tickets and directions
    • Concert tickets and directions
